Ongoing care ensures your treatment remains effective, safe, and tailored to your changing needs over time.

Symptoms & Menopause Journey

Your doctor can help identify which stage of menopause you’re in based on your symptoms, medical history, and, if needed, hormone testing. The stages typically include perimenopause (when periods become irregular), menopause (when periods have stopped for 12 months), and postmenopause (the years after menopause). Understanding your stage helps guide the best treatment and care options for you.

Menopause can affect every woman differently, but common symptoms include hot flushes, night sweats, mood changes, brain fog, fatigue, weight changes, and disrupted sleep. You may also notice changes in skin, joints, libido, or digestion. If you’re unsure whether your symptoms are related to menopause, booking a consultation can help clarify what’s happening and how to manage it effectively.

Yes. You can complete WellFemme’s free online assessment to share your symptoms and health goals before booking. This helps our team understand your needs and ensures your consultation is focused and personalised from the start.
