Answers to common questions about access, learning materials, coaching, location flexibility, and how to get the most from your experience.

The educational videos will take around 60-90 minutes per Module to watch or listen to. Workbooks and tracking tools should be less than an hour over the whole Module. You can take as much time as you need for each Module; completion of each one unlocks the next.

There is are regular 30-minute small group Meetups, which are highly recommended as they really add a sense of connection and support. We also recommended that you engage in movement activity of some kind every day… less on days you’re feeling “Blah”, more when you feel strong. We’ve designed a “Zero to Hero” movement program for you too, in case you’d like a more structured approach.

This is no “hit and run” program! We want you to build healthy habits for life, so Next Phase is designed to fit in flexibly with your life and support you for as long as you need.

You can take a week or a month to complete each Module, depending on what’s going on in your life.

The purchase price includes lifetime access to all program material.

All the course content will be delivered via an online portal, which you can access through any computer or smart device. Once you’ve registered you’ll receive a link to set up your login access to the Program portal.

We will also deliver a printed version of the workbooks to your door, so you can fill in your reflections and plans journal-style throughout the program.

All the videos, questionnaires, workbooks, and tracking tools will be “drip fed”; completion of the previous Module’s activities automatically unlocks access to the next Module’s materials.

On joining the program you’ll receive details of how to join our online community. You can also continue to enjoy the content and chat in our free Facebook Cheer Squad Community.

We use electronic forms for quizzes and questionnaires, to help you to track your evolution throughout the program. We do not retain any of your personal or credit card information. Some de-identified data is collected for purposes of analysing the Program’s effectiveness and making improvements, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
