Dementia Risk and Brain Glitches at Menopause

Feel like you’re going mad or worried that you’re getting dementia…?

It’s very normal (albeit unpleasant) to feel like this during the menopausal transition. To get the facts straight one of WellFemme’s awesome menopause doctors, Dr Marita Long presented “Dementia Risk and Brain Glitches at Menopause” to celebrate Work Menopause Day, 2021.

Ever wanted to know what brain fog is, or why your memory’s gone AWOL? Are you terrified that you’re going mad or suffering early onset dementia? Then this webinar is for you!

During this presentation you will learn:

•      The difference between normal ageing, menopause-related cognitive changes and dementia

•      The effects of estrogen on the brain

•      How to reduce your risk factors for dementia, and

•      How to optimize your brain health now and for the future.
