Exercise Physiology at Perimenopause and Menopause
Your wellness journey starts with a FREE 15 minute Clarity Call to find out how exercise physiology can help you and plan next steps.
Exercise physiology provides a structured and evidence-based pathway to help women manage the physical symptoms that often arise during menopause.
The goal is not just to stay active, but to use exercise strategically to support symptom management, protect long-term health, and help women feel stronger and more capable in their bodies during and after menopause.
In most cases no Medicare rebate is applicable, unless you have a Chronic Condition Management Plan from a GP.
